CSM is given the responsibility of matching pax on the manifest. If the seated pax had happened to be a Tom, Dick or Harry, the Shaikha could have been offended and the CSM would have lost the job. no-win situation if the management is swaying on personal fancies. Another reason to have a mature person at the helm not a spineless puppet.
