the answer is NO cause it's simply unrealistic firstly and secondly I'm out of there. For that to achieve a complete management change to a Western standard is necessary. Not gonna happen. However a secretary or a driver or anyone working in QR for that matter has got nothing to do with scrupulous business tactics used by it's top management.

3. The Goat training system sets a high standard but in the end must live with a lower standard
