Hi all, not wanting to start an entirely new thread about prospective jobs in the far north west, I will try to ask a few questions on this one without hijacking it completely!
What sort of questions should a newbie be asking the prospective employer? Certainly finally making the transition from paying to fly to being paid to fly it excellent in itself but it shouldn't negate the need to ask questions before acceptance of a new role, I'm not talking about knocking back any offers I may get, but more so finding out as much as I can before jumping on board. What type of questions should I be asking and what should I be taking note of when I am having a look at the operators setup? Conditions of a/c?, pay rate?, expected flying hrs?, extra responsibilities? Cheers for any info...
