still trying to get a hold of emirates, but i'll just organise my own bags no worries!! sent medicals in all good, have a receipt but no final approval as yet.. will keep you posted.

...dont worry youll get a reply email a few days after thats how they were with mine. be smart with the kg's. did you get the qantas excess luggage thing sorted? and if you call the number i gave you around 3 pm - 4:30pm australian time youll get threough straight away....keep trying....can you also ask them do we have to get a copy of the birth cirtificate along with the passport of immediate families or just passport copies? thanks
