It doesn't work for me, either. I'm trying to connect from Florida, USA. I guess the problem is the network between the smartcockpit server and me, because I have check that the website is up and running, and my DNS servers resolve the ip address fine. Is a weird problem.
There's a temporarily solution. You can use a proxy to reach the web site. Try
www.proxy.org and use a proxy from other country to reach the website. It finally works for me.
