I like realism. Fact is most w patterns into cvt would require a crew change and that is expensive. Its a shame that this puts smaller airports at a disadvantage but nothing can be done about sensible safety rules to avoid tired crew
And for the record I would like all airports to do well but I have learnt that there is no point making things to seem better than they are
