Well, there is one thing for sure - whether it be push bike, motorbike, car, train or plane, High Meadow 19, yez wont be parking anything at all on 'Ballypheane Road' because it dont exist.

A new southside soap opera coming to Cork TV screens this autumn - 'Ballypheane Road!' Good way to get airport themes going in our new southside soap opera - after all Cork Airport happens to be in the parish of Ballypheane. How many of yez knew that little gem?!

Interesting pair of posts you have there though.

Cimber sending in a CRJ later in the morning to bring Cork City to Finland for one of the EUFA competitions and Aer Arann brought Roy Keane's Sunderland to Cork yesterday for last night's friendly game against Cobh Ramblers.

Who won?

Were yez all listening to M Cawley on the radio yesterday morning and reading Ducksie's comments on the website. We are all right but we must moan and whinge a bit. Do you know what, Aer Arann should start a service not to Luton but to Stansted - the opening is all ready there, no Tuesday & Thursday FR905/6 for the winter and while they are at it go to Brussels or better still, Charleroi, to bring some joy to Charlie Roy. RE have the right aeroplanes these days - hard to argue against that?
