All of the B.A crew have rights at the end of the day and are allowed to speak up if necessary unlike QR.
I agree there are many hard working crew at QR but you ask the crew at QR who are genuinly happy there and compare it to B.A then you will see a huge difference in morale. QR have a huge turn over of staff unlike B.A. Many staff at B.A stay there for years and years which can hardly be said for QR.
