Airslug
Whilst undeniably efficient, the A380 Airslug is probably the ugliest airliner ever to have been designed.
The Concorde was sleek, elegant and world beating. The fugly A380 is just a soulless mass transit device.
As for Dubai, when the locals (previously quite tolerant to the odd expat or few) eventually become completely fed up with the antics of the nouvea-riche Brits who now infest the place, there is every chance that the bubble could burst.
I haven't been to Dubai since 1989. At that time it was a model of Western and Arab cultural co-operation, mutual understanding and respect. But, unless the conspicuous greed of unpleasant Brit expats stops soon, I just don't see that lasting for the 5 years the hideous Emirates airslug will be squatting on the Concorde roundabout.
