Often tech delayed for hours...We called the GF L1011 "The five star Tristar disaster"...they would play the music repeatedly of ... "A tall ship standing in the harbour!" and By Christ at 2am delayed six hours with a cabin temp of 38 degrees (broken APU) as a sleepy F/O I really wished I was on that "Tall ship standing in the harbour"..bugger was that was probably tech delayed also if GF had anything to do with it!
