If not too late:
Beside the medical, you' ll do some funny psychotech exercices on a computer... Funny games, nothing to prepare. Get some good sleep before.
Then about 100 (??) personality questions, the usual ones.
FINALLY a motivation interview + general tech (not type tech, more general, like perfo (definition of speeds,..) limitations Cat 2/3,..... The interview takes +- 40 min.
People are still leaving. Main reason seems to be the lack of pilots: not enough pilots to operate efficiency the 6 a/c, meaning roster changing every day, floating days off, when you have it, min.rest, DH,....Plus China..
Money is ok.
