Air Nelson ALPA pilots to strike

I think that the problem with the fed pilots is that they dont have to strike, get paid more to work when the ALPA pilots are striking for a cause that they believe in.
The alpa crews paid the sub's to alpa for the support and do the hard work for the t1.5 claim, the feds just walk in and say thanks for the extra money guys...and at the end of all this the feds will get the same bloody money as the crew who sacrificed the most, surely there is a word for that...

Stand strong guys, the conditions that you are asking for wont hurt the company as much as the company say, my hat is off to you all
