Thankyou for the kind words and reassurance. I'm staggered that such a busy MOB is being subjected to sweeping change with next to no interaction with IT end users. Where are these 'floorwalkers' mentioned earlier in the thread? First user is apparently scheduled for October, do we all cutover together?
