Many years before flying, I used to suffer from alot of heavy migraines.
Do you know what it was??
Would you believe - Red cheese & Fizzy Pop at school.
These foods had E numbers in them & the culprit was - E145.
So I have avoided E numbers ever since.
Now I don't get hardly any migraines.
My GP at the time said E numbers are a common factor of migraines.
