Back to working for IASA, they do pay badly, they are poorly managed and the definately get their moneys worth out of you. They are struggling to fill positions so they are bringing inexperienced so called AME's and LAME's from Asian countries. So if you are a half decent engineer you will be left to support the station on your own.
