I was more having a nip at the status of min requirements these days that people are sneering at once sought - after jobs on a Dash8, SAAB etc....I thought you were alluding to that.

For the record, I reckon VOZ are being a bit too cute throwing out a deal like that, and as far a I'm concerned, the S.O deal sucks for most professional drivers, but I understand that we live in a free-world, and some people will take the gig in the hope it puts them in a better position further down the track. It's not my bag - but that's their business, not mine.
