Best bet would be to do it thru a broker such as Air Partner or Hunt+Palmer who have a list of charter aircraft contacts. You could do it direct but you might need to know what your looking for.
You might be looking for the cheapest option which would be something like a PA31 or C404 which probably means a 1 pilot op and no toilet. Slightly more expensive and probably the best option would be a King Air 200 which is a fast turboprop (i think).
At the top of the range would be a business jet such as a citation or learjet although i'm not sure if they can hold 9 pax.
Also remember if its a company your acting for the safety side of things, ie a business jet can carry on flying if it looses an engine, the aircraft at the cheaper end may struggle.
Both AP +HP have Crawley telephone numbers and their rates are competitive between each other and they are as good as each other.
