To comment on the equestrian centre application, first go to
Planning Application Search - Reigate and Banstead Borough Council and then accept their Terms and Conditions. Then enter the application details when prompted, then click on 'comment on this application'.
Incidentally, a Google search of 'Equestrian centres near Redhill' throws up a list of 10. Whereas 'Aerodromes near Redhill' throws up just one.....
In my support for the hard runway, I made the point that take-off distances would be reduced, improving safety, and that climbing would start earlier, reducing any noise impact upon immediate local residents.
