Question Question on gaining an FAA licence from a CAA licence. :)

Hi guys! A few years ago myself and some friends went to Florida on holiday. They were all UK CAA PPL holders. To get their FAA licence they just pitched up at an FAA office and handed the CAA licence over! They then were given an FAA PPL.

The question is......I am going back to Florida on holiday in August. I now have a UK CPL/IR "Frozen" ATPL. Can I just show up and get an FAA CPL/IR or ATP or would I just get a PPL??? If so, would my Saab 340 and Boeing 757/767 ratings be valid??? (Not that I want to work there, I was just curious!! )

Also does anyone have the address for the FAA in Orlando???
