Q1, T&Cs have been published before and the company does not want them made public.
Q2, Commands, If you have 500+ on type then you may be considered for a DEC on said type subject to meeting the TT requirements as set out in the FOM which are insurance policy dictated.
All other New commands are subject to completion of Hours on type in the left seat ICUS, 299 check, this can and does take over a year.
Merit and Experience are the overriding criteria as many FO's do not have the TT for Command.
Q3, Rotate 35 on 31 off
Q4, Its out there but i'm not publishing it because the HR guy would kill me!
AFAIK there are interviews being held slowly but I do not know of any hiring due to the late arrival of the H750 & 2kLX.
Q5, Your expense for interview, They will reimburse when hired I can not answer as to reimbursement if not hired...... (dunno I got the job didn't I)
