Have you noticed some tightening of
medical rules?
In Finland we had a system that was functioning
very well concerning medicals.
"Then came the lawyers, then came the rules"
If the tightening of the rules is well based on hard medical evidence,
and hard facts derived from statistical analysis, then I understand.
Otherwise it is a waste of resources and waste of money.
