Truecrypt (TrueCrypt - Free Open-Source On-The-Fly Disk Encryption Software for Windows Vista/XP, Mac OS X and Linux) is now way faster on multiple-core machines. On Vista and Win2008, logical partitions as well as physical partitions can now be encrypted. Other assorted bells and whistles remain roughly the same.
