Maybe the second officers should stop whining like little children, study a bit more and start respecting the HUGE privileges they are handed by the government!
Just yesterday another second officer did another hard landing on 330!
When are these people going to realise that an A330 is not the right place to be as an inexperienced pilot! Not only do they think its their god-given right to fly the A330, they have the stupidity as well to think they actually KNOW this plane from day 1 without any preparation!
Wake up boys! You are being given a huge advantage....take it and make sure you can handle it! Otherwise it might be all over before you ( and the guys after you) know it!
