Can anyone help Chief of the Air Staff, Sir Glenn Torpy? I understand, at the meeting with the families yesterday, in which he spoke very little, he was unable to say where the Nimrod was being stripped down, he didn't know. All Ainsworth and Torpy knew was that BAe had taken charge of a serviceable Nimrod, "ALARPed" and safe to fly, and decided to strip it down.
