So far the responders have mention ... to paraphrase
1) What's your problem?
2) He's stirring up trouble.
3) BA doesn't discriminate.
ETC, ETC, ETC
Yet no one has mentioned how many blacks (in numbers) either have interviewed or occupy the cockpit at BA.
I simple want to know from BA staff, that when they fly, are there many blacks or very few blacks who sit in the pilot's seat.

Their has been a discrimination complaint lodged with the European Human Rights Commission, that BA has not hired enough minorities based on a statistical analysis that indicates disparate impact (among the Pilot group)within the workplace at BA. This analysis is based on the ratio of white British citizens interviewed and hired by BA to those number of minority (Black)- UK/Non-UK Immigrants who have either interviewed and been either rejected or been hired as Pilots at BA.

A Simple Example: If you have x number of eligible pilot applicants in the UK. And the UK population was made up of 50% white and 50% minorities, then statistically you should have the BA pilot group made up of 1/2 white and 1/2 minority in order to show compliance with non-discrimatory practices. But; if the analysis shows that BA's pilot group is made up of 97% white pilots, and 3% minority pilots, then discrimination can be shown to exist and the EU can order the hiring standards lowered to accommodate minority applicants. This also can be used in comparing men vs. woman applicants.

I wonder what the standards will be lowered too?
