Please join the real world, it's supply and demand and not only a problem in India but the rest of the aviation world !

many hundreds of people in other parts of the world followed the calls from "aviation experts" that there will be a pilots shortage and wasted their money in the process over the last few decades.

Like in any other profession, some make it and some don't, why make a hype out of it.

for the last few years I have been hearing that India is the biggest democracy and all that, but doesn't sound very democratic to me if the ministers tells companies, whom they have to employ !

if the aviation industrie carries on growing like this, they would be advised to either get airtraffic controllers with plenty of expeience from abroad or send the local ones to busy airports around the world for some training, to cope with increasing demands!
