Within BA all crew are treated equally regardless of colour, gender or sexual orientation (but not football teams). With over 15,000 of us there is every possible combination working together. I'm proud of the inclusive company ethos that allows so many different people to get along as well as we do. It's not all a bed of roses but aurguments and disputes tend to be about money and working practices - I've seen little or no predjudice in over 20 years..........
