Unsafe, av pay, expensive!
The crime is def out of control, u end up sitting at hme watching sat tv, braaing with friends(thats an advantage!) to avoid dodging bullets, salary doesnot stretch that far, if u up in Jhb, it costs alot to live,criminals have no respect for life in this country, they would kill u 4 a few rands,petrol is expensive, if u in jhb atcu, Eurocat is a people hungry system, u end up wrking sectors that should have 2 atcs, Not 1 guy/girl trying hard 2 avoid pilots banging into each other! Moral is low(jhb) due pathetic salary increase below cpix and a not 2 impressive bonus,people constantly leaving(thats worldwide but here its due 2 many more factors then money), salary sumtimes gets paid in late, the college also having a major staffing problem lacking experience, must i go on! Hey but look on the bright side, i heard GOD BLESS an Chomma will b around this week to wave the magic wands( hands in his case!) to make things better.
