RYR taxes & charges
Greetings: I've clicked on RYR's breakdown of taxes & charges on their booking website. One item is detailed as:
"Insurance/wheelchair levy/Aviation Insurance".
I've tried via RYR to discover 1. what is being insured: 2.if I can decline. No reply. If there is insurance, and it is mandatory, I would have thought the payee has the right to know what is being insured and so knows when to make a claim. In this case I've no idea and thus, if something goes wrong, whether I can make a claim.
Can anyone on the inside help?
