If someone should fail a course or training, then it is the trainer that has failed.
Most trainers will exhaust themselves trying to bring a trainee up to speed.
In some cases it is an impossible task. No Trainer should ever pass a guy who is a danger to himself and others.
In this respect it is not the Trainer who has failed.
