PIA has to look at the diversion of traffic from its MAN flights. If the pax were almost all from West Yorkshire then an increase would make sense; otherwise there has to be a sensible balance.

Not that I've heard, and I'm not sure that they would be granted rights by the Pakistan authorities to compete with PIA (but that's just a guess of course)
