Also try herbal tea that includes Hops. The active ingredient in Hops is used in the over-the-counter medication "Kalms" for controlling stress.

Quit caffeine.

Best advice of all: exercise. 30 mins of exercise a day.

Don't eat anything in the 2 hours before bed time.

Learning Yoga and / or Meditation techniques could also help.
