Well, I've had two death threats (neither flew...)
Just the other night, on a night flight, 4 pax were not behaving in an appropriate manner. I did not call the police, as I didn't have enough to go on (evidence, language, etc etc), but I've recorded their behaviour with the company.
I've been witness to several pax being arrested over the years. I find that more and more people get angry easily these days. I don't know if it's because society is going down the pan as such, or maybe people think they have to act like the people in the airline tv programmes. I don't know, I just wish people could be nice to each other. Some people can't seem to understand that things happen that we (as cc) can't control. Whether it's the weather, delays, tech problems or other factors, there is very little we can do to fix it. Some people think that we do certain things to annoy them. Why would I do that? Because I like abuse? I don't think so.
Maybe yoga and meditation should be compulsory for all passengers?
