They told me that they prefer to do 40h SIM (25 ATC plus 15 FNTPII) instead of 25 at FNTPII (as required by JAA) because they think that way (25 + 15 which is also accepted by JAA) it is much better for the student and the price is more or less the same.
To make it 50h it will be 25h flight (10SE + 15ME) plus 25h at SIM FNTPII @ €159 = €3.975. as far as I know the required 25h SIM has to be at FNTPII or can it be at ATC810? and their exposed way of doing it is €4.010 (25 ATC + 15 FNTPII) which is not very far from €3.975.
Is there any other way of doing it?
I mean, is it ok like that for a CPL/ME pilot to get IR:
10h SE + 15h ME + (SIM) either 25h FNTPII or (25ATC + 15FNTPII)
BTW. School is Aeromadrid as Aerofan has no simulators and Aerodynamics is in Malaga.
