At Epic we understand that you want to complete your training in the shortest amount of time and make it to the right seat of the jet and start making a great living. And it is our job to take you there. Epic will do this by its guaranteed fixed price program. Epic has created the guaranteed fixed price program to take the worries of flight training away from you. When you flight train there are two big worries, how much will this training cost me and how long with this training take. Well the first part is $57,990.00 we have our rate locked in. This price includes your PPL, Instrument, CPL Single Engine, and CPL Multi Engine. And 265 hours total. Also included is your $800 administrative application fee, your $390 TSA fees, the $74 Fingerprint fee, an aviation headset, housing and transportation for the duration of your training, your CAA RT license, your FAA Medical, all your books, Maps, Charts, approach plates, all your flight time, oral lessons, Ground Schools, progress checks, FAA written exams, FAA Check rides, and more. It's all included. You will not find terms like fuel surcharge here.
Do you want to live in your own housing, no problem; this reduces your total program by $3300. Funding for your program can be done in many ways. If you are a US Citizen you can receive a loan from
www.slmfinancial.com and select a career training loan. You can pay your full amount on your arrival, or pay it in 5 equal installments.
Infact with 32 aircraft and 43 flight instructors we assure your progress, our instructors have no more than 4 students. Because lets face it, if your instructor has 4 students and schedules 4 two hour sessions a day that is an 8 hour day for him. And we are able to schedule you daily for flight or ground time. With a guaranteed fixed price program if it takes you longer to train, it costs us money not you. So guaranteed it is our job to maintain your progress. Additionally in a time when aviation training is booming, Epic has downsized its enrollment to provide the absolute best training to each and every student. Are you ready to secure your training date? Simply complete an online application and forward the administrative deposit of $800.
Beware of schools that refuse to follow a guaranteed program. They will show you prices based on the FAA minimums, for example the FAA requires 35 hours for your PPL and many schools will show you a price on this, when they are well aware that the national average is 75 hours. They also will not mention the term fuel surcharge, this is a term that they use after they show you a guaranteed rate on our aircraft rental and then once you start renting the aircraft they add a $27 per hour fuel surcharge to the rate. Because $27 per hour for 250 hours will cost you an additional $6750. At Epic we do not do this and have built our reputation on our integrity an honesty.
Also they do not monitor the number of flight instructors they have, they may also tell you the program is 10 to 12 months. The reason for this is simple, if your flight instructor has 10 students it is impossible for you to now fly daily, infact you will only be able to fly 2 times a week out of 7. Now what happens when Mother Nature comes in and you get rained out one day? If you are only flying one or two days per week, you will require half of your training to be review of what you did before because you will have forgotten things over the week. What this means to you, is instead of finishing your PPL in 55 hours you are going to finish in 90 to 100. It is more profit for the school so why would they choose to do a guaranteed program. A very good example would be a student that just transfered to Epic from another school, his instructor had 21 students, and he had not flown in 41 days. This caused him to spend just over $60,000 for his PPL alone. This is why you want an all inclusive fixed price, no hiddens, no surcharges, this is what Epic Aviation provides.
