That's a total of 65 hours or am I mistaken? (10+15 = 25 acft, 25+15 = 40 sim; 40+25 = 65 total)
Looks like you have a few extra hours in the sim for some reason. Something like 15 acft + 35 sim should do it as far as I know, assuming you already have a CPL and MEP. I did 61hr, but that was on the basis of an SEP PPL.
In any event, this is Pprune so I might be talking bollocks. Run that through the CAA as I said and see if they're happy with it if that's your concern.
As for doing it for less, I would say that's about as cheap as it gets in JAA land. You might be able to scrap a thousand Euros or so off that if you're very determined and a really good learner, but that's pocket change in the big scheme of things.
I'm curious as to who this school is, as I can see it's not Aerofan or Aerodynamics, the two usual Spanish suspects. Is there a new player on the international students market?
