ATR Interview

Initial interview is conducted by at least one (the ATR Chief) and another one from either flight ops or HR. Very simple. They go through your resume/credentials and verify certain details within it. Basic questions pertaining to your level of experience will be asked. In other words, if you are a CME-Instr certified, anything is fair game within the Practical test Standards and knowledge bank. If your resume says who your experience really is, then they would know just by your replies... Additionally, they might ask you of your expectations with regard to the 5J work environment, conditions of employment, and the like. So all your 'burning' questions may be laid down here.. But please do remember to be very courteous and respectful. They need pilots like you, but will not hesitate to turn-down or not call back those who may display (or have the potential) 'questionable' personalities...No matter how experienced you are. 5J is a growing organization. It aims to maintain the highest possible cultural standards within the work place. Candidates must be able to adapt to airline environment and culture. Its a lot of work, but very rewarding. Lots of opportunities.

Captain requirements (basic): 3000hrs total, 1500hrs min command, turboprop command a plus. ATPL , etc...

First Officer: MAY be as low as 500 hours total. (depending on history of recent experience) CPL-Intr rated. Turbo-prop time a plus.. etc..

What I've quoted above is just basic or minimum, and are close assumptions. If successful with initial interview, next step may be an eval ride on the simulator (so brush up on raw data!) ... so on and so forth..

I hope this helps a bit.
