Well there are a few options open to you. I take it you wish to try and get on a SAR operation. The first options is the simplest join the forces thats where most off us come from. The second is go to Aussie and do a short course with one off the training providers out there on Helicopter hoist operations they also teach basic airmanship. The other is to speak to the sales team at FBH heliservices that was the way bristow use to load on there no aircrew paramedics when they had the MCA Contract.
Your going up against stiff competion there a quite a few Naval aircrewman coming out also RAF Loadmaster as well.
