Try ATC's abysmal phraseology - the consequent concern in the cockpit - 'He's taking us into high ground isn't he.........'
Concern in the cockpit.
The problem was, forget, is that the crew simply was not paying attention to exactly where they were....and further,
did nothing about it, except express concern.
Not good enough, I'm afraid.
