I will stand and salute! I live in Eaglescliffe, and worked for SAS '85-'94.
They made me redundant, having offered me a job in London, saying that there was little business up here to support me in a sales and marketing role.
A couple of years later, they opened NCL-CPH with Cimber Air. Which subsequently closed.
So, doubt that it's viable, but, then again, I never would have dreamed of MME-WAW being viable...
Does anyone recall BD using a SAS DC9-21 on MME-LHR, circa 1994. It worked for a couple of weeks shortly before I left, almost as a divine gesture.
