Just had a look at the display programme for next week on the Airshow website.
Strikes me as thin in the extreme!! No large aircraft, no Harrier, very little NATO involvement..
RAF role demo......departures and recoveries...take offs and landings! Hardly counts as a display!
When the forces are stretched it is understandable that air displays take the back burner, however, it does generate a lot of
PR and goodwill.
