Among them were the return of ex-MAS boys at the company's discretion, reduced guaranteed hours, fleet-posting of cadets. Sorry, fellas in the sand-pit. The suspicion is that management had cold feet after the initial details were agreed upon, and the additions were a way to ensure its collapse, and hence a further delay.
