I heard a rumour today that Tiger were recently in discussions with Toll regarding a take over of Tolls share! The sharks are circling maybe? Is this just the old SQ rumour rearing its old ugly head? Or is this the start of SQ turning
VB into a two class outfit, Tiger as the LCC and VAus providing the back door rights for the SQ giant to the States? Time will tell. Is Tiger registered as a an Australian entity, if so, do the foreign ownership laws apply here? I bet if Toll got the right price, its game on.
