banana head beat me to it and has it pretty much on the nose.

Bear in mind you won't be able to buy rebate tickets when you initially join the Company so you'll have to have a plan for the first 6 months - 1year ( can't remember which).

As a Junior Longhaul pilot you may well be looking at 5-6 trips a month with pesky 2-3 day gaps between each one so until you get enough seniority to bid for suitable triplines the only way of massaging your roster would be by trying to trip swop with your colleagues.

Sadly the town office are unlikely to give "local" pilots details, one of them might drop in here if you wait long enough.
