I'm in the same situation with the Hep A&B shots... I'll be able to get the 2nd shot before I leave, but the 3rd one will be done over there. I emailed HR about that last week and they said it was okay to get the 3rd shot over there.
I'm actually getting the 2nd shot a couple of days before I go.
