No weekends!

You will work every weekend apart from when you are on leave. When taken separately (ie.1 week blocks instead of 2 week blocks), you can expect to get 12 weekends off per year minimum. Weekend working will continue until you are 20% off the bottom of the seniority list. You can then get the odd extra weekend off and the further up the list you go, the more weekends you can get off.

When you DO get a weekend off, you are also liable to be ASSIGNED overtime work which you have no choice to decline (unless you can claim that your children will be left home alone).
