Well said Ards Boy! The staff car park is beyond a joke, you have to arrive an hour before your shift to try and get a space - 1500 odd workers and less than 500 spaces, but then again staff parking doesn't earn much revenue for the airport does it! As I understand the airlines / handling companies etc pay the airport for the "privilage" of parking at the airport. The airport is only interested in building more shops to get extra money out of the travelling public. Oh, and of course, you need to leave extra time too while you queue up to get by the sad excuse that is security, because they're too busy sitting in their wee hut drinking tea to come out and check your ID and let you into the carpark!!!
