QAR v.s. DFDR

hey

my first question, in this brilliant forum.
Don`t hope, you rate it as silly.
A Qar system is normally hooked up to the "playback"
output of the DFDR-system.
The question is:
Can a QAR cause a DFDR-cautionlight?
