The TILT selector switch enables variation of the
antenna elevation angle in 1/4 deg. steps on a non-linear scale
graduated in degrees, within a range of +15 deg. (UP) to -15 deg.
(DOWN) in relation to a horizontal plane defined by the
stabilization system.
