In Australia the priority goes:[list=1][*]An aircraft in an emergency[*]A multi engine aircraft with an engine failure that has not been considered above[*]An aircraft with a COM failure[*]A Mercy flight[*]Search & Rescue (SAR), Medical (MED 1), Hospital (HOSP) or Flood and Fire relief aircraft (FFR) as necessary[*]Police aircraft engaged in operations where life is at risk (POLAIR RED)[*]An aircraft engaged in the personal transport of heads of state or of Government or other selected dignataries visiting Australia, or the personal transport of the Governor-General or of the Prime Minister[*]Landing aircraft over aircraft about to take-off[*]landing or taking-off over taxiing, then[*]equal priority on a first come first serve basis to:
(a) scheduled and non scheduled air transport
(b) military flights, other than training
(c) personal transport of State Governors and State Premiers, and
(d)MED 2 operations[*]then equal priority on a first come first serve basis to
(a)GA aircraft proceding to a primary aerodrome, and
(b)Military training[*]then all other operations[/list=a]
